Media Series Games
Our Media series has been designed for gamers who want to play the classic arcade games and have the option of using some of the modern gaming solutions which are available. Designed primarily for home use, clients have access to the “brains” of the machine and as such are able to add a multitude of options compared to the basic Play system.
Coming with a Windows 7 set-up and a large 1TB of memory, Media owners are able to add any emulator and play games online using sites like Miniclip, Xbox Live and PSN. These last two can be accessed thanks to our groundbreaking PS3 / Xbox360 compatibility option which can be configured for any Media series arcade machine.
As with the Play edition, it comes with over 300 classic arcade games pre-installed (see below) which supports allow full 2-player retro gaming and is incredibly easy and intuitive to use. What’s more, we offer unlimited telephone support for the life of the product, just in case you get stuck. WHILST YOU CAN ADD YOUR OWN GAMES WITH THE MEDIA SYSTEMS, IF THERE ARE ANY EXTRA GAMES THAT YOU WANT YOUR MACHINE TO ARRIVE WITH, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH AND WE’LL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE YOU. IF WE ARE SUCCESSFUL, WE WILL INSTALL AND TEST THEM PRIOR TO DELIVERY.
Below are some of the additional features which you can access with the Media.
Emulators:
As mentioned above, the Media series is fully compatible with all emulators. This enables you to play virtually any title ever released on any system, even incredibly obscure games such as ‘Us vs Them’can be accessed and saved directly onto a Media. Here’s some more info about our Emulators option.
Online Gaming:
A rapidly growing sector of the market, most modern games now come with an online gaming option. Games like Streetfighter Alpha III, The Last Blade II and King of Fighters can all be played online where you can battle against all-comers. This is no problem with a Media series machine. Next-generation Console Compatibility:
Something which we have pioneered, choosing this option enables you to connect your Xbox 360 or PS3 directly and play via the screen and controls of your arcade machine. Follow this link to get lots more info on PS3 / Xbox360 Compatibility option.
Peripherals:
Our full range of peripherals includes spinners (for retro games like ‘Arkanoid’ and ‘Alleyway’), trackballs (for classics like ‘Missile Command’ and ‘Centipede’), light-guns (for shooters like ‘Operation Wolf’ or the incredible ‘Time Crisis IV’ on the PS3).
